Set of infantry kepi. A 90th RI lieutenant's kepi in madder cloth, black cloth headband, original sewn lieutenant's ranks. Number 90 in brass, gilt false chinstrap held in place by infantry buttons, leather visor and piping. Black leather headband, black cotton lining bearing the Belle Jardinière mark. The 90th RI was garrisoned at Châteauroux. A captain's kepi of the 95th RI in madder cloth, headband in fine black cloth, original sewn ranks. The number 95 is embroidered in cannetille, and the false chinstrap is gold-plated and held by two infantry buttons. Leather visor and piping, black leather headband, black silk lining.
