FS Indian Made Dagger. Type B2 dagger made locally in India, grooved brass handle, unmarked brass hilt, hammered pommel. Unmarked double-edged blade in its original length. This type of dagger was manufactured by Ischapore Arsenal and issued to British and Indian commandos and paratroopers. The specific sheath for this dagger is made of brown leather and ends in a painted metal cap. The metal clevis is also diamond-shaped, making it easier to insert the blade. The leather gusset is of the regulation model made of brown leather with its adjustment tab. Quite a rare dagger in Europe. FS dagger Indian Made.
