Goumier kepi. Made of sky blue cloth, black silk braids and soutaches, hollowed-out Cherifian star and full crescent embroidered in cannetille. Gold faux chinstrap topped by a second brown leather chinstrap, both held in place by two smooth gold buttons. Leather and plastic visor, black leather headband, blue satin lining. Note three later repairs and moth holes. Goumier kepi. Made from sky-blue cloth with black silk soutache and braiding. Openwork cherifian star and solid crescent embroidered in bullion wire. Gilt false chinstrap surmounted by a secondary brown leather chinstrap, both secured by plain gilt buttons. Leather visor with plastic edging, black leather sweatband and blue satinette lining. Three later repairs and several moth holes visible.
