Indochina jacket and beret. Model 1944 jacket made of khaki cotton canvas, closing with six buttons and a small canvas belt, pocket lining marked size 80M, belt lining with the date 1946. Small original sewn label inside attributing the effect to Kohly Luc, note some paint stains to one shoulder. A locally made light khaki canvas beret, copied from the British Gurkha. Made in three parts, with fine brown leather trim, four aluminium grommets and black and white waves. ndochina jacket and beret set. Model 1944 jacket made from khaki cotton canvas, closing with six buttons and fitted with a small fabric waist belt. Pocket lining marked size 80M while the belt lining bears the date 1946. Small original sewn label inside naming the owner Kohly Luc. Several paint stains visible on one shoulder. Accompanied by a locally made light khaki canvas beret inspired by the British Gurkha pattern.
