Description
M1915 Prussian spiked helmet. Beautiful blackened leather bomb, not pierced, manufacturer's stamp in the bomb, size 54, dated 1917 and well received at RBA18 on the nape of the neck. All iron fittings painted in Feldgrau. Removable point on base never disassembled. Prussian eagle plate never removed, and well inlaid on the bomb. The mounting being original, the plate has not been removed for examination. Good Reichscocarde with a few repaints, good Landcocarde. Good riveted M1915 chinstrap. Very nice brown leather cap with original lace, very fresh inside. Nice condition. Prussian Model 1915 pickelhaube. Fine unrepaired blackened leather shell in size 54 with manufacturer stamp inside the shell, dated 1917 and properly accepted by RBA18 on the rear neck guard. All iron fittings painted feldgrau. Removable spike mounted on a base never disassembled. Prussian eagle plate never removed and firmly set into the shell. As the fittings remain original, the plate has not been removed for examination. Good national cockade with some repainting and good state cockade. Good riveted Model 1915 chinstrap. Fine brown leather liner with original drawstring and very fresh interior. Fine condition with excellent untouched appearance
