English 1908 web cartridge belt, left side. 5 pocket cartridge belt in heavy web spun cotton model 1908, green colour. Model MkII consisting of the replacement of the press studs of the lower pockets by web straps preventing the opening of the pockets when the soldier is leaning on the ground or in the trench. Cartridge belt complete with all straps, buckles and press studs. Marking on the large vertical strap, difficult to read. Some tears, wear from use. British Pattern 1908 webbing ammunition pouch left side. Five pocket ammunition pouch in heavy woven cotton webbing, green colour, Pattern 1908.
