With all its straps and buckles. Manufacturer's markings French & Son London on back with date 1916. Handwritten initials and traces of a service number. Internal compartment present. Wear from use, patina. British Pattern 1914 leather ammunition pouch. Fine ammunition pouch wartime modified by removal of the original closing tab and replacement with two new tabs to prevent accidental opening. Complete with all straps and fittings.
