Description
British and French tanker wolf mask. Beautiful and authentic tanker wolf mask consisting of an openwork iron plate, sheathed in leather with chamois leather on the face. These British-made masks, intended for tank crews, were also supplied to French crews. A few stitching threads have popped out on the upper part. The drawstrings are original. Mesh rib in good condition. Wear from use, patina. British and French splinter masks for tank crews. Fine and authentic tank crew splinter mask composed of a pierced iron plate covered in leather with chamois leather lining on the face side. These British manufactured masks intended for tank crews were also supplied to French crews. Some stitching has come undone on the upper section. Original tightening laces remain present. Chainmail in fine condition. Service wear and patina.
