Flakregiment 100 metal dish. Nice map of Brittany. Weihnachten 1941 Flackregiment 100, no visible markings. Dimensions 29 x 21 cm. Some wear and patina to be noted. Condition II+. Established on 8 October 1939 in Berlin, the staff initially served there as the Berlin South-East Anti-Aircraft Group, before being transferred to Brest at the end of the French campaign. Between 24 August 1940 and 19 September 1941, the staff led the anti-aircraft defence of the port of Brest, repelling thirty-seven major enemy attacks and shooting down sixty-eight enemy bombers and one fighter.
