Ubergross bust. In bronze. Representation of the Chancellor after Hoffman. Numerous impacts, chips, part of the nose missing. Upper part of skull caved in. Posterior base. Hoffmann signature 37 on the back. Height with base approximately 57 cm. According to the seller, this bust was found in Berlin during roadworks in the 1970s. A moving piece evoking the harsh battles of Berlin. Some wear and patina. Condition II+. Oversized bust of the German Chancellor. Bronze construction after a design by Professor Hoffmann. Numerous impacts and chips visible, with part of the nose missing. Upper portion of the head dented. Rear pedestal support. Marked Hoffmann 37 on the reverse. Height with base approximately 57 cm.
