Description
Fr- Colonial infantry officer’s coat in khaki woollen cloth with an ‘aiglon’ collar, featuring a collar tab bearing a naval anchor in gold canetille. Gold button featuring an anchor. Label from the tailor Durandet in Paris, made out to Captain Monbrin (?) and dated 8 January 1935. Rank insignia removed and replaced at the time of the Liberation with colonel’s rank insignia on the epaulettes. Very good condition.
