A grey wooden box containing a Schermuly Type No. 2 mooring line launcher intended for use by the merchant or naval forces; the box contains the bronze rocket launcher (Weapon No. 12081), a locking mechanism in need of repair, a steel barrel painted grey, and a handle designed to counteract the significant recoil when firing the mooring line.
