An interesting earthenware fountain body with polychrome decoration, surmounted by two putti in relief flanking a shell. The putti are pouring water from a jug which they hold with both hands. Amphitrite, riding two dolphins – all in relief – occupies the central section. She, too, is pouring water from a jug held in her left hand. The spout, at the base, is shaped like a frog.
