Attributed to Louis-Léopold BOILLY (La Bassée, Nord, 1761 – Paris, 1845). Portrait of a man in a blue frock coat, with a white cravat tied in a small bow, c. 1800. Oil on zinc. Oval, 6.5 x 5.1 cm. Gilded brass frame, domed glass, H. 7.9 cm Minor losses and restorations, stains, yellowed varnish.
