Pablo PICASSO (1881–1973) & ATELIER MADOURA Bull, leaf-patterned marli. Design created in 1957. Round plate in red earthenware, with an engobed decoration, carved with a knife and painted black. Original edition of 500 copies (No. 33). Marked with the sunken stamps ‘Madoura plein feu’ and ‘Empreinte originale de Picasso’, numbered K.118 and bearing the proof mark 33/500 on the reverse.
