Decorated with gilded bronze fittings.
Stamped ‘Reizell François’.
François Reizell (died 25 October 1788) – Cabinetmaker. Paris. Became a master craftsman on 26 February 1764. Of German origin. Around 1770, Reizell moved to the Faubourg-Saint-Germain, living for a few years on Rue des Saint-Pères, and subsequently on Rue du Petit Lion
