Rare episcopal mitre in red silk on a cardboard core, sparkling embroidery of flowering scrolls in silver thread on a gilded ground, a frieze of roses in full bloom in canetille and gold thread. The whole is punctuated with amethysts, citrines and faceted glass beads in claw-set. The dewlaps have the same decoration of roses in full bloom, ending in a coat of arms of the Zorn de Bulach family, the ends fringed with tapering.
