Description
Missale Romanum
Large format in-8, leather binding embossed with a medallion of the paschal lamb in a foliate scroll surround, with chased, gilt and openwork bronze on the spandrels and fittings.
Roman Missal restored by decree of the Sacrosanct Council of Trent, under the pontificate of Saint Pius V, Supreme Pontiff, published by order of Clement VIII and Urban VIII, after the Roman copy of 1868. Richly illustrated with illuminations and initials.
We enclose an altarpiece illuminated with the arms of the Zorn de Bulach family, bound in burgundy leather gilded with a frieze of foliage and the arms of the same family.
