White marble mantel clock with chased and gilt bronze ornamentation. The round dial, in white enamel with black hour markers and Arabic numerals, is topped with the attributes of Love in chased and gilded bronze. The dial rests on a base of foliate scrolls centred on a Wedgwood medallion depicting a scene of nymphs and Cupid. The clock stands on a quadripod white marble base decorated with rosettes and stylised friezes in chased and gilt bronze.
