Re-bronzed finish, traces of oxidation on the cylinder, slight play in the locking mechanism, parts bearing the same number, deep rifling with a tarnished appearance but showing no wear or corrosion, walnut grip, brass trigger guard. Marked ‘Adress Saml Colt New York City Cot’s Patent U.S.’ and on the cylinder ‘W.L. Orius by’, as well as a discernible scene of cavalry combat.Category D firearm.
