A mahogany and mahogany-veneered secretary desk opening via a top drawer, a hinged flap (split) revealing seven drawers, and three drawers at the base. The off-white marble top is framed by an openwork bronze moulding. The front and rear uprights, featuring fluted brass mouldings, rest on spindle legs. The drawers and side panels are framed with quarter-round brass mouldings. Clover-shaped locks; one drawer lock is missing. Brass drop-down handles. Dated to the late 18th or early 19th century. Height: 144 cm. Width: 114 cm. Depth: 38 cm. Five brass plaques are missing.
