The son of the famous René Prou (1887-1947), Jean-René Prou followed in his father's footsteps as a decorator. For his projects, he selected furniture and objects by leading designers, including lamps by Gino Sarfatti (1912-1985) at the Arteluce gallery, chairs by Colette Guéden (1905-2000) at the Primavera gallery, and works presented by the Atelier d'art du Printemps.
