Havdalah plate in silver 800°/°°, circular shape, the base with repoussé decoration of a star of David centred with the Yiddish inscription reading "a good week and a good year" in a surround of vine shoots and bunches of grapes engraved on a textured background, the wing with repoussé decoration of a Hebrew psalm reading "the precepts of the Lord are just, they gladden the heart" [Ps 19:9] and vine branches and bunches of grapes. Marked E.T.
Work of the second half of the 19th century, probably German (Nuremberg?).
