Rectangular, mahogany, rosewood, maple and sycamore veneer. The belt opens to reveal two side drawers, one containing a sewing kit with mother-of-pearl and metal components. Two double columnar uprights, joined by an opposing baluster crossbar, are supported by a brace-shaped base. The top has an adjustable desk covered in embossed leather signed GIROUX À PARIS.
