Émile GALLÉ (1846 - 1904)
An ovoid vase with an open neck on a conical pedestal. Proof in purplish-red-brown lined glass on a slightly opalescent yellow and whitish ground with streaks of bluish, red and yellow in between. Seaweed and shell decoration etched in cameo with acid and entirely reworked on a hammered background with small facets.
