A portico clock in blackened wood with tortoiseshell, brass and mother-of-pearl marquetry, decorated with flowers and foliage.
The circular white-enamelled dial features Roman numerals for the hours, gilded bronze hands, and a projecting pediment supported by four twisted columns with Corinthian capitals. The whole rests on a rectangular stepped plinth.
Comes with a key, gong and bronze pendulum.
