Brass and shagreen mounting.
Oval cap with laurel wreath, round jointing bow and small guard limb, curved quillon.
Wooden spindle covered with filigree stingray.
Curved blade with groove and gutter engraved on the back by the Klingenthal factory and dated 1828, engraved "DONNE PAR LE ROI".
Without scabbard, slight deformation to the quillon.
