TWO SILVER TORCHES FORMING A PAIR
By Etienne-Louis Waustrud, Valenciennes, circa 1740
Resting on a square cut base with double fillets monogrammed "N.A.", the eight-sided baluster shaft, four applied female masks topped with lion heads, the frieze on the base, the base of the shaft and the spigot showing slight differences in decoration, the wicks added, not hallmarked.
