A pair of Baroque style scagliola mirrors
This elegant pair of mirrors seems to have been inspired by a group of English furniture pieces and mirrors made entirely in the same material and with similar floral decoration by the workshop of Baldassare Artima, who worked in England at the end of the 17th century and supplied a number of pieces for the Duke of Lauderdale at Ham House and for Henry Mourdant, Earl of Peterborough at Drayton House.
