QUEEN ANN ERA ENGLISH CABINET, EARLY 18th CENTURY
Inlaid with fruitwood on a walnut and blackened wood base, with applied copper ornamentation, the front decorated with foliate scrolls enlivened by grotesques, dragons, owls and other birds, opening with five drawers, the base opening with a drawer supported by tapered uprights joined by a curved strut and finished with flattened ball feet; small accidents and missing parts, three drawers replaced.
