A bronze group depicting Diana Victorious, by Albert-Ernest Carrier-Belleuse (1824-1887)
Diana Victorious is Carrier-Belleuse's last work and represents the culmination of his art. First presented in plaster at the Salon of 1885, a marble version of the same subject was then exhibited at the Salon of 1887, the year of the sculptor's death, before the bronze version was exhibited in 1888.
