A portico clock in white marble, black marble and gilded bronze trim.
It is supported by two fluted pilasters surmounted by covered urns. The whole rests on a rectangular plinth with four small feet in the shape of flattened spheres.
The white and black enamelled dial features Arabic numerals for the hours and is inscribed ‘à Paris’.
The movement is a pendulum-driven mechanism with a wire suspension.
An 18th-century piece from the Louis XVI period.
