A pair of stew spoons in the ‘contour filets’ style, in fine silver from the late 18th century, bearing hallmarks for large and medium-sized pieces from Paris 1781–1789, and the Paris Maison Commune hallmark from 1780, M.O. P AS? (illegible). A coat of arms surmounted by a chiselled count’s crown on the backs of the spoon blades. Some minor, expected knocks on one of the spoon bowls. Weights: 192 and 190 g. Lengths: 33 cm.
