H.B.C.M. Manufactory (Hippolyte Boulenger in Choisy-Creil-Montereau). ‘Oiseau branché’ model. Art Deco tea set in polychrome glazed earthenware with a yellow-green printed design, comprising plates and shaped pieces. Unmarked, circa 1925–1940. Minor imperfections. Listed in Yseult Bouriez’s book, *Dinettes françaises en faïence, XIX–XXe siècles*, published by Cercle d’art, 2006, p. 423 (model 398).
