H.B.C.M. Manufactory (Hippolyte Boulenger in Choisy-Creil-Montereau). ‘Roses’ model. Art Deco tea set in polychrome glazed earthenware with a printed rose motif, comprising plates and shaped pieces. Stamped, circa 1925–1940. In good condition. Listed in Yseult Bouriez’s book, *French Earthenware Dinette Sets, 19th–20th Centuries*, published by Cercle d’art, 2006, p. 411 (model 384).
