Milly Czukor (also Zukor or Cukor) was a Hungarian painter and illustrator of the classical modernist period. Her exact dates of birth and death are not recorded in the specialist art-historical literature. In 1930 and 1931, her own illustrations and humorous poems were regularly published in the Hungarian cultural and theatre magazines *Lantos* and *Délibáb*. Her visual style combines the influences of Hungarian Post-Impressionism with a delicate, often decorative line. Further artists and styles: István Csók, the ‘Atelier’ private school in Budapest, Hungarian Academy of Fine Arts
