Kesselbauer-Laske, dated 1940 ESTIMATE °€ 600 – € 800 STARTING PRICE °€ 600 The Austrian artist Elisabeth Kesselbauer-Laske, sister of the painter and graphic artist Oskar Laske, completed her training at the Kunstgewerbeschule (School of Applied Arts) in Vienna and was a member of the Vereinigung bildender Künstlerinnen Österreichs (Association of Female Artists in Austria). She worked primarily as a portrait, landscape and still-life painter. She took part in group exhibitions at the Vienna Secession and at the Neue Galerie in Vienna. Further artists and styles: Watercolour, Still life, Landscape, Portrait, Graphic art, Gouache, Impressionism, Expressionism, Realism PLEASE NOTE: The purchase price comprises the highest bid plus the buyer’s premium, VAT and, where applicable, the artists’ resale rights fee and platform fee.
