Rolf Rose previously presented similar works as part of the exhibition ‘Das Nichtvorhandene im Vorhandenen’ (The Non-Existent in the Existent), which took place at Galerie Floss & Schultz in 2017. At the heart of his artistic practice lies an exploration of the numinous in the visual world, as well as that aesthetic added value which evokes specific emotional responses in the viewer. The works of this self-taught artist are also represented in numerous public collections.
