Maternité. Lithograph with a cream-coloured plate tone on BFK Rives-Velin (with watermark). 44 x 44 cm (70 x 52 cm). Roman-numbered, signed and dated on the plate. Mounted at points on backing and set free within the passe-partout. – Very slight stains. Overall in very good condition. Magnificent, chalky print with margins.
One of ten Roman-numbered copies from the pre-print run. – Based on the drawing of the same name by Henri Matisse from 1939.
