[DU PORT (François)]. [Manuscript. *Medica decas*. *La Décade de médecine*, or *The Physician of the Rich and the Poor*, explaining the symptoms, causes and remedies of diseases]. , 1690.
Manuscript in-4 (19.5 x 27.5 cm) with 31 lines per page, comprising (1) f. 372 ff. incorrectly numbered 362, (22) ff., brown calfskin, decorated ribbed spine, title label ‘Cours de Médecine’ (contemporary binding)
Unpublished and anonymous French translation of François Du Port’s (1548–1624) *Medica decas*, probably predating the sole French edition published in 1694 under the title *La Décade de médecine, ou le Médecin des riches et des pauvres*, explaining the signs, causes and remedies for diseases.

A very fine medical manuscript, beautifully calligraphied and perfectly legible. (Osleriana, 5308.)
