[FRICKS (Eugène-Henry)]. Set of four 18th-century maps relating to towns in Belgium or northern France. Two maps relating to the War of the Spanish Succession, found in *Table des cartes des Pays-Bas et des frontières de France*, with a collection of maps of towns, sieges and battles fought between the Grand Allies and France. (Brussels, Eugène Henri Fricx, 1712): - Map of the siege of the town of Menin and its surroundings, and of the camp of the Allied army under the command of His Excellency General de Zalichs for the attack on the said town. Brussels, published by Eugène Henry Fricx, 1706, 1 folio measuring 59 x 52 cm, engraved in black and coloured, creases, marginal tears, legend listing the names of the regiments and battalions sent as reinforcements from the Grande Armée on 8 and 14 August [1706]. - Map of the siege of Bouchain, besieged on the Lower Town side by the army of His Highness the Prince and Duke of Marlborough on 7 August, and by the detachment formed from that army on the 9th of the same month under the orders and command of His ExcellencyGeneral Baron de Fagel on the Upper Town side on the 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th of the same month, 1711, etc. Brussels, published by Eugène Henry Fricx, 1711. 1 folio, 49 x 43 cm, engraved by Herrewyn, black-and-white map, folded.
