In-8, 22-(2 blank) pp.; green marbled paper board, red title label (modern binding). First edition of this very rare pamphlet. The report advocates, for the colonies, amendments to the Constitution then under preparation, particularly with regard to trade, and the creation of colonial assemblies. A fine copy.
