Libell[us] Apostolorum / of the Gallican nation:, together with the Constitution / of the Holy Council of Basel and the order / of the Parliament regarding the unpaid annuities. / Together with certain other documents in which the / Council of Basel is approved. Paris, Jehan Petit, 21 February 1512 [= 1513]. In-8, [19] ff., sign. A-B [8], C [i-iii], 40 lines per page, including a title leaf bearing Jean Petit’s large mark, one blank folio, Bradel binding in marbled hazelnut-coloured paper, red title page running lengthwise (19th-century binding). Binding worn, small tear repaired on the title page. A very rare little treatise (dated ‘around Easter’ in the colophon) containing the provisions of the Council of Basel concerning the non-payment of annates due to the Holy See, which the Concordat of Bologna was to restore in 1516.
