Description
DOCUMENTS. Handwritten document ‘Outline of the terms of a [union and] partnership for the publication of the newspaper “La Mode de Paris”’, 4 pp., in-8 (c. 1850) + typewritten transcription. Attached is a printed and handwritten document on parchment by Charles Régnier, Councillor to the King and Lieutenant-General of Police in the bailiwick of Versailles, admitting Marie Anne Biron, widow of Saint Ouin, to the trade of master shoemaker, dated 5 December 1777. Also enclosed is a printed booklet of 4 pp. entitled ‘Decree of the Most Useful Guild of Master Shoemakers of the Good City of Paris’.
