15 vols. in-8, red half-goatskin with corner pieces, smooth spines decorated with gilt fillets and garlands (contemporary binding). Scattered foxing.

A fine copy bearing the gilt monogram of Empress MARIE-LOUISE of Habsburg as Duchess of Parma, Piacenza and Guastalla, centred on the covers.
Stamp similar to OHR 2654-7.
Ex-libris vignette of the financier and Napoleonic collector Calvin Bullock (1867–1944). He had assembled a remarkable collection of objects and books relating to the Emperor and Admiral Nelson, which, upon his death, passed into the care of his son Hugh Bullock (1898–1996).
