[MANUSCRIPT – IMPERIAL LIBRARY]. [Collection of reports concerning the supply of published books or bookbinding]. Paris, 31 January 1807 – 31 December 1811. 26 leaves or double-leaves, in-4 or folio size, loose. An exceptional collection of reports addressed to the Emperor’s librarians concerning acquisitions intended for one or other of his libraries. Each acquisition for the imperial libraries gave rise to the preparation of a summary report in triplicate, bearing the signatures of the supplier, the librarian, the chamberlain, the intendant-general and the Crown treasurer.
