[1] title leaf, 4 pp. and 38 plates (compared with the 40 listed on the title page): a frontispiece (cut out and reattached) corresponding to the last unnumbered plate and 37 plates numbered 1–38 (plate 9 is missing). Plate no. 38 is rare and is missing from the BnF copy. Some foxing. Restored tear on plate 31.
