Paris, bookshop on Rue Visconti, undated (1840). Folio, red percaline cardboard binding with decoration and gilt title from the edition. Cardboard binding in very poor condition, percaline damaged by damp, spine split, cover detached. Portrait, (1) printed title-frontispiece leaf, (1) plate list leaf, (1) leaf of biographical notes, 5 plates of portraits (100) and 52 plates of battles and military scenes. Complete.
