A historical account of the temporary burials carried out in the Place du Marché des Innocents, in front of the Louvre colonnade, etc., providing a true and detailed account of the circumstances that preceded, accompanied and followed these burials. Paris: published by Delaunay, 1837. In-8, (4)-66-(2) pp., contemporary cardboard binding. Concerning the temporary burials of the victims of the July Days of 1830 at the Marché des Innocents and subsequently in front of the Louvre colonnade, written by Nicolas-Michel Troche, head of the civil registry office for the 4th arrondissement and a direct witness to the events. The work provides a detailed account of the circumstances preceding, accompanying and following these state funerals, prior to the final transfer of the remains to the foot of the July Column on the Place de la Bastille.
