First edition, copy no. 188 of the limited edition of 295 copies + 15 non-commercial copies, accompanied by an ORIGINAL LITHOGRAPH, hand-coloured, dated, numbered and signed by the artist. Volume No. 12 of the ‘L’art en écrit’ collection. Painter, poster artist, sculptor, theatre set designer and writer, the Spanish artist Eduardo Arroyo (1937–2018) is part of the Narrative Figuration movement. Through two paintings by Goya, Eduardo Arroyo compares Spain to Saturn devouring his son, and then to Judith slaying Holofernes.
